IAFCB Violation of IAS Copyright

It has come to the attention of the IAS that IAFCB has copied and reproduced copyrighted content owned by IAS. Specifically, it appears that large swaths of IAFCB’s website were copied from IAS’s website https://www.iasonline.org.

IAS owns the copyrights in this content, and IAFCB’s unauthorized reproduction of this language violates IAS’s rights in its copyrighted content. IAFCB’s unauthorized copying, display, and publication of IAS’s copyrighted content infringes IAS’s copyrights.

IAS treats its intellectual property rights and its position of trust within the accreditation community very serious. IAS has therefore demanded that IAFCB cease its unlawful conduct immediately and has reached out to IAFCB comply with its demands to rectify the infrigement by December 15, 2023.
