Customer Feedback is Useful to the Management of the Training Program

IAS uses training feedback as a measure of success.  We use this tool to guide our preventive and corrective actions in training delivery.

IAS Training measures delivery of services using feedback and we aim to meet stated participant needs.  We  gather feedback on how we do that and we respond to all comments submitted by participants.

We publish a separate feedback page for each year and feedback summaries are included for each course delivered during the year.

IAS Training encourages customers to read the feedback below so they can document and record the formal qualification of IAS Training as a supplier of conformity assessment training.  Not all feedback is entirely positive, but we believe it is all very useful.
